Krissy RichLife Coach

Hi friend!

I'm so glad you're here

I'm Krissy. I'm a wife to Elijah, a mom to seven daughters, and a life coach in Salem, Utah. I've always loved people. Meet me once and there's a good chance I'll remember your name, and when and where we met.

In 2018, just after we moved from California, our baby girl Amazing passed away. It was the darkest season of my life. The Savior carried me through it, and I learned how to build a foundation strong enough to hold real joy again. That experience is a big part of why I'm hard to rattle, and why I can sit with people in whatever they're facing.

Today most of my work is helping successful, busy people bring structure and meaning to lives that feel scattered. I also coach grief and loss, teach emotional release tools, and share my story through speaking and my book, Forever Amazing.

One thing I can't help you with: directions. I'd get lost in my own neighborhood.

A note from my husband, Elijah

"Krissy Rich? Is that you?"

It doesn't matter how far from home we are. Someone always walks up and says it. Our friends and I used to play a game on double dates called "How Long Till Someone Knows Krissy," and we'd bet on how long it would take. People often tell her she probably doesn't remember them, and she surprises them with their name and when and where they met.

Once people meet her, they want to be her friend for life. That genuine care is what she brings to every person she coaches.
